In this full school year travel opportunity, you’ll dedicate 37.5 hours per week as a 7th grade ELA Special Education Teacher, managing a caseload of 12-16 students—all within one building for a focused, consistent experience. Qualifications:

  • Proper state teaching licensure and Special Education certification (or eligibility)
  • Experience or strong interest in 7th grade or middle school ELA instruction
  • Solid understanding of IEPs and differentiated instruction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group ELA instruction to a manageable caseload of 12-16 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and related service providers
  • Track progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed
