The Position Our client seeks a Treasury Management Assistant in Nashville, TN. The role involves deepening client relationships through cash management solutions, supporting Commercial and Retail Bankers with client retention and maintenance. It also includes providing complex account administrative support, troubleshooting, and implementing Treasury Management Services for Business and Commercial Banking clients. The position offers a salary up to $45K and an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities include: Producing agreements and documentation for Treasury Management Products/Services, updating relevant departments. Maintaining computer systems, setting up new accounts, and processing account changes. Responding to customer inquiries such as transfers, wire transfers, cashier’s checks, banking supplies, stop payments, account closures, and statement requests. Providing administrative support to Treasury Management Officers/Managers. Servicing large, complex depository relationships and assisting with general product questions, including positive pay, controlled disbursement, lockbox, repurchase accounts, CD ROM, and account analysis. Managing relationships and developing business through cross-selling Treasury Management products and services. Setting up and capturing product revenue. Maintaining a thorough understanding of Treasury Management products. Supporting sales and service goals in the region. Proactively seeking new customers via referrals and prospecting. Three or more years of Treasury Management experience (preferred). Basic understanding of bonds (preferred). Strong math, analytical, and computer skills. Knowledge of treasury and cash management products, procedures, and account analysis. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; working knowledge of general computer applications.
