Incentives & Compensation $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles=higher rate) Early wage access via TapCheck Time and a half after 9 hours in a day!!! Staffing Ratio AM: 1-13 PM: 1-13 NOC: 1-30 Key Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor vital signs Support resident care plans and maintain clinical documentation Supervise and guide CNA staff Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for caring for the aging population Why Choose Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center?
