URGENT HIRING – Business Integration Specialist (Mid-Level) accel bi corporation is actively seeking a skilled Business Integration Specialist (Mid-Level) to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid – 1 Day Onsite Required Weekly) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct W2 Employment with accel bi corporation Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (Gross Annual Salary, Inclusive of Applicable Benefits) About the Role This is a strategic, non-technical leadership role supporting a major healthcare and population health initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong project leadership, stakeholder management, healthcare data ecosystem knowledge, and policy/program management experience. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale healthcare and population health initiatives Develop project strategy, planning, and future implementation phases Manage budgets, invoicing, contracts, and financial oversight Build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders and partners Collect, analyze, and synthesize stakeholder feedback for decision-making Coordinate with healthcare, quality measurement, and health information exchange teams Required Qualifications (Minimum 3 Years Experience) Understanding of data policy and healthcare data ecosystems, health information technology, program monitoring, and/or quality measurement & improvement Experience leading large and complex projects Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred Qualifications (2+ Years Experience) Staff supervision or management experience Medicaid and healthcare regulatory knowledge Population health and care delivery model analysis experience Clinical workflows, EHRs, or medical coding familiarity Digital quality measurement knowledge Important Employment Requirements (Please Read Carefully) Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization Green Card Holders (GC) and U.S. Citizens (USC) only Must have relevant U.S. work experience Local North Carolina candidates only Hybrid role – 1 day onsite required weekly in Raleigh, NC Proof of work authorization is required This is a Full-Time Direct Employment opportunity (W2) with Accel BI Corporation Required Submission Documents Updated Resume (Word Format) Three Professional References Only candidates meeting all requirements will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
