We are a certified Great Place to Work®, and our employee-owners are empowered to grow, collaborate, and make meaningful contributions every day.Job SummaryThe Multi-Line Claim Representative II is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned commercial auto claims, including third-party property damage (PD), bodily injury (BI), and general liability exposures within a national accounts environment. This role manages claims from assignment through resolution (cradle to grave) across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with CCMSI claim handling standards, client-specific instructions, and applicable state laws.This position is designed for adjusters with 2–5 years of liability claim handling experience who are comfortable managing a multi-account desk and developing deeper expertise in auto liability and general liability claims. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong investigative skills, sound judgment, and consistent, proactive communication.This is not a high-volume, quick-resolution claim environment. Adjusters are expected to take full ownership of their claims, manage them through completion, and deliver accurate, well-documented outcomes.Please note: This is a claims adjuster role, responsible for cradle?to?grave liability claim handling. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
