Why We Need You

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Product Analyst who is passionate about AI, creator tools, and short-form video. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career to learn from experienced product leaders while helping improve the experience for creators and e-commerce sellers across North America.

You’ll help gather customer insights, test new features, research market trends, and support product decisions that shape the future of AI-powered video creation.

What You’ll Do

• Test new product features and provide structured feedback from the perspective of creators and online sellers.
\n
• Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator economy platforms.
\n
• Conduct competitive research on AI video editing tools and summarize key findings.
\n
• Collect and organize customer feedback from multiple sources, identifying recurring themes and user pain points.
\n
• Support Product Managers in writing user stories, documenting product requirements, and maintaining product documentation.
\n
• Participate in feature testing, bug reporting, and quality validation before releases.
\n
• Help analyze product performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
\n
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the overall user experience.
\n
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and creator economy trends.
\n

Who You Are

\n
• 1–3 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
\n
• Strong interest in AI products, content creation, and the creator economy.
\n
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video platforms.
\n
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
\n
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn product development methodologies.
\n
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Personal experience creating content for social media platforms.
\n
• Exposure to AI-powered creative tools.
\n
• Familiarity with Agile product development.
\n
• Experience with basic analytics, spreadsheets, or data visualization tools.
\n
• Portfolio or social media profile showcasing your understanding of digital content is a plus.
