About the Role As a Bay Host you will welcome Players to their bays, recommend food, beverages and gaming options, take orders, maintain a clean bay area, and work closely with your fellow Playmakers to deliver top service. You should be a positive team player, keep calm in busy environments, and have some experience in hospitality or serving drinks. Responsibilities Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, explaining Topgolf offerings. Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each visit to enhance the experience and drive sales. Take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Maintain a strong T‑line presence and collaborate with other Playmakers to resolve concerns and deliver a great Player experience. Support safety and sanitation standards by assisting with bay cleaning and ensuring a safe, clean environment. Qualifications Positive attitude and a willingness to keep a cheerful, professional demeanor. One‑Team mentality – ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Player focus – passion for delivering an exceptional Player experience. Calm under pressure – thrive in a high‑volume, busy environment. Experience serving food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting. Legal age to serve alcohol, where required by law. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 pounds; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying. Remain on your feet for most of the shift. Engage in constant physical activity, moving between tasks, and supporting bay operations. Maintain endurance to keep pace in a high‑volume environment. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $6.05 per hour plus tips. Position pay range varies by location.
