Senior Manager, AI Infrastructure

Leading the engineering team in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Manager, AI Infrastructure will manage the deployment, operation, and optimization of AI compute clusters while executing the technical roadmap and ensuring high-performance operations at scale. Key Responsibilities Lead the engineering team in implementing, scaling, and operating AI compute clusters Translate engineering roadmaps into detailed project plans and execution milestones Ensure cluster reliability and performance through monitoring, automation, and continuous improvements Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields Strong understanding of AI compute infrastructure and high-performance networking Experience with production bare metal, GPU, or hardware fleet operations Hands-on expertise with Linux systems, Kubernetes or Slurm, and provisioning tools Proven track record in cluster operations and leading engineering teams
