HVAC Refrig. Mechanic

Job Title

Performs diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for the following systems: Heating; Ventilation; Air conditioning; Refrigeration; Related control systems.

The Repairs and Maintenance department supports the safety and continuous daily operations by providing routine maintenance, inspections, alterations and repairs throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Diversified installation
• Operation
• Inspection
• Preventive maintenance
• Repair duties for Heating; Ventilation; Air conditioning; Refrigeration; Related control systems.
• Receives work instruction from HVAC Forman.

Certifications:

Certification from HVAC trade school or equivalent (such as military training)

Work Experience:

Experienced HVAC Mechanic/Technician with experience in building maintenance operations.
