Occupational Therapist - Acute Care
LiveWell Homecare Agency
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based, quality care to diverse patients in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities include:
- establishing individualized treatment plans
- fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and case managers
Qualifications:
- graduate from an NPTE-approved physical therapy program
- registered with NBCOT
- hold or pending state licensure
- possess Basic Life Support certification
