Office Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 05:00pm)

• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
• Prepare and send invoices and billing statements
• Create and manage quotes for clients
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed
• Keep office space clean, organized, and fully functional
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Office Manager Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, word processing, able to type efficiently)
• Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly
• Prior Office experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with invoicing, billing, or scheduling
• Familiarity with office management tools or software
