Our portfolio of technology helps power our world ---come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference.**Job Description:**MPS is looking for an experienced, driven and winning-attitude professional to drive the definition and development of High Power/High Voltage products for Automotive, Server Power, and Industrial markets as a Senior Applications Engineer.Responsibilities include defining analog IC and module products, modeling EMI, developing and debugging reference circuits and IC prototype, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training.**Essential Functions:*** Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define analog IC products in high power, isolated, and wideband gap solutions* Modeling EMI and design EMI reduction techniques and solutions* Work with customer and field application team to provide support on total high power sub-system solutions.* Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.**Qualifications/ Requirements:*** 5+ years of hand-on experience in automotive switch mode power supply designs and EMI modeling.* Self-motivated and can-do attitude.* Fluent communication skills in English. Mandarin is a plus.* Excellent writing and presentation skills* Prior experience in supporting or defining high power IC or modeling high power IC related EMI is preferred.**Education:*** BSEE or higher required**Location:**San Jose, CA*MPS offers a comprehensive benefits package.
