Base pay range $35.00/hr - $38.00/hr We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on, and safety-focused Equipment Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade automated manufacturing equipment Install and modify machines per engineering instructions Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks Recommend toolset improvements and support machine upgrades Assist with production operations and collaborate with engineering teams Ensure compliance with Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area What Is Needed: High School Diploma or GED (required) 10–12 years of experience in high-capacity manufacturing Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with automated equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Skilled in using hand and power tools; PC‑based testing experience preferred Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and adapt to changing shifts or schedules Strong attendance, initiative, and teamwork mindset Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Manual dexterity for precise assembly work Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) What\’s in it for Me? 401(k), dental, life & disability insurance Collaborative and innovative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
