Administrative Operations Specialist
TRP Construction LLC, a leading Pavement Marking Company with locations in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, is seeking a full-time Administrative Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our company values safety, precision, and excellence, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to support our daily administrative and clerical operations.
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to various departments including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, credit card processing, and general office management. This role requires effective communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include administrative support for payroll, managing accounts, organizing documents, handling communications, and assisting with financial record-keeping.
