Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator will provide marketing and administrative support to a team of real estate professionals. This role will assist with preparing proposals, presentations, communication materials, managing operational tasks, and supporting marketing initiatives using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and internal client systems.

The Sales Support Coordinator will support daily sales operations by managing administrative responsibilities, coordinating marketing efforts, preparing client materials, and assisting real estate professionals with business development activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
• Handle incoming calls, communications, and scheduling conflicts.
• Process commissions and expense reports according to company policies.
• Maintain databases, reports, and content libraries.
• Assist with website updates and internal system tracking.
• Serve as a client liaison for routine inquiries and issue resolution.
• Provide general administrative support to sales and real estate teams.

Marketing support includes:

• Create branded marketing materials including: presentations, proposals, flyers, offering memorandums (OMs), maps, and floor plans.
• Develop email marketing and direct marketing campaigns for property listings.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Prepare client-facing deliverables and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, research, and finance.
• Maintain marketing databases, websites, and prospect tracking systems.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They should be strong team players who can also work independently and manage projects from initiation through completion.

Technical skills include:

• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Intermediate/Beginner knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Required qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Up to 2 years of related job experience preferred.
• Ability to follow established work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills, including ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
