Brand Ambassador

Summary Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store initiatives and team training. This entry-level role focuses on driving sales performance, engaging clients, and representing brand standards in an in-store environment. The Brand Ambassador supports alternative purchasing channels and contributes to store execution and community outreach. Responsibilities Deliver sales and profit performance by engaging customers and driving transactions Support store execution of company initiatives and maintain sales floor standards Participate in team training and share feedback to management on opportunities Engage clients through outreach and community initiatives to broaden customer connectivity Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes) Assist with merchandising, productivity standards, and daily store operations Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stand, walk, operate a register and maneuver around the sales floor for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and work in stock/dressing room and cashwrap areas Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel Planning, prioritization and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
