THE JOB

The Outside Sales Representative will drive new business development throughout the San Antonio, Texas market by building relationships with contractors, developers, and construction firms. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, developing new accounts, conducting field visits, and closing recurring B2B business. You'll spend time both in the field meeting customers and in the office developing your pipeline. Success comes from building long-term relationships, identifying upcoming construction projects, and consistently creating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new contractor and commercial construction relationships throughout the San Antonio, Texas market
• Conduct outbound calls, schedule jobsite visits, and generate customer quotes
• Manage rental opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
• Maintain an active sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM
• Identify new commercial construction and industrial projects throughout the territory
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, project managers, and decision-makers
• Achieve quarterly revenue and sales objectives

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience in the rental equipment space
• Background in equipment rental, construction, building materials, industrial distribution, HVAC, modular buildings, or related industries required
• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business
• Experience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Self-motivated with a competitive, hunter mentality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
