Water Restoration Technician

Duties Respond promptly to water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, and other disaster sites to assess damage and determine necessary restoration procedures Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently for demolition, drying, cleaning, and repair tasks Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation to restore properties to their pre-loss condition Conduct cleaning activities including carpet cleaning and debris removal to ensure thorough site sanitation Assist with asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols and industry standards Document all work performed accurately for insurance claims and project records Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects while maintaining high safety standards Requirements Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of water damage restoration processes, fire restoration techniques, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or challenging environments Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols throughout all tasks Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for travel between job sites Willingness to learn new skills related to restoration services and industry standards Embark on a career that’s energetic, impactful, and full of growth opportunities!
