Lead Transportation Coordinator

Ryder System is seeking a Lead Transportation Coordinator to oversee daily transportation operations for our logistics and warehousing network. In this role, you will coordinate routes, dispatch drivers, and manage schedules to ensure safe, on-time pickups and deliveries. You will use TMS tools and data analysis to optimize loads, control costs, and improve service reliability. Working closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers, you will resolve exceptions, maintain DOT and safety compliance, and support a safety-first, customer-focused culture.
