Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, relationship-driven leader to help grow the Chick-fil-A brand throughout Southern Oregon . This is far more than a traditional marketing position. You'll be responsible for building community partnerships, planning memorable events, growing catering sales, leading digital marketing initiatives, and helping shape how thousands of guests experience Chick-fil-A each day. If you enjoy connecting with people, bringing ideas to life, and making a measurable impact on a growing business, this is an opportunity to build something special.
Your Impact
- Become the face of Chick-fil-A in the Medford community by building relationships with schools, businesses, nonprofits, and local organizations.
- Plan and execute engaging community events that drive brand awareness and guest loyalty.
- Grow catering sales by developing relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Create social media content that highlights team members, guests, and national marketing campaigns.
- Leverage digital marketing tools to increase app engagement, loyalty membership, and digital sales.
- Partner with restaurant leadership to celebrate team milestones and foster an engaging workplace culture.
- Monitor marketing performance and continually identify new growth opportunities.
Background Profile
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, community engagement, business development, hospitality, public relations, fundraising, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience planning events, building partnerships, or growing community engagement is highly valued
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for serving people and representing the Chick-fil-A brand
