Chief Architect & Cross-Segment Healthcare Product Leader

Humana Inc. is seeking a Principal Chief Architect to unite product strategy and solution architecture across Pharmacy, PCO, Home Solutions, and Humana Military.
You will own cross-segment roadmaps and govern architectural blueprints that underpin them, partnering with engineering, security, and data teams to deliver interoperable health solutions. You will drive reference architectures, ADRs, and ADR-informed runways, while steering platform reuse and governance across four business lines.
