Required Qualifications
MD or DO
Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine
Accepted boards: ABEM and AOBEM
Active North Carolina medical license in hand
North Carolina DEA in hand with North Carolina address
Controlled substance registration when required
Minimum experience: 2 years Emergency Medicine experience within the past 3 years
Case logs for the past 2 years
CME for the past 2 years
ACLS, ATLS, PALS
Credentialing
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
