Role Description This full-time Teacher role is an on-site position located in Taylorsville, NC. The Teacher will plan and deliver daily lessons that support the developmental and educational needs of children in accordance with center guidelines and age-appropriate curricula. Responsibilities include creating a safe, inclusive classroom environment, guiding children through structured and play-based learning activities, and monitoring their progress through observation and documentation. The Teacher will communicate regularly with families and colleagues, participate in staff meetings and ongoing training, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and center policies. Qualifications Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning and Education activities aligned with developmental standards. Strong Teaching and Training skills to support both children’s learning and collaboration with other staff. Clear, professional Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members. Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate instructional strategies. Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Prior experience working with children in a classroom, childcare, or educational setting is highly beneficial.
