About the Role:
We are hiring Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representatives to support a large, well-established insurance organization. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who are customer-focused, sales-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do:
+ Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
+ Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website applications and incoming calls
+ Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products
+ Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
+ Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment
+ Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success
Required Qualifications:
+ Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (General Lines or Commercial Lines)
+ Associate's degree preferred
+ Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
+ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
+ Comfort working with inbound calls and using Microsoft Office tools
+ Dependable, team-oriented, and highly organized

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
