Regional Sales Manager, Advanced Surgery

Baxter seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Surgery to lead a sales team across Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, and North Carolina. The role involves managing strategic accounts, developing regional business plans, and driving revenue targets while building relationships with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Strategic Account Managers, Territory Business Managers, and Associate Representatives to achieve regional sales targets
- Develop integrated regional business plans including targeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Conduct quarterly sales operating reviews and weekly execution calls to monitor performance
- Provide field coaching, training, and employee development within assigned territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather market feedback and inform strategic priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years medical device/healthcare sales management experience
- Operating room environment experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Business acumen with knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
- Willingness to relocate to assigned geography or current residency
- At least 50% travel capability across multi-state territory
Compensation: $144,000-$198,000 base annually, plus commission and long-term incentive eligibility
