Job Qualifications Job Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills: Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses. Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families. Engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagement. Implement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revision. Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST Principles. Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignment. Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices. Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development. All services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner. Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer). Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software. Duties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs. Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field. Licensure required: LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
