Insurance Sales RepresentativeKey Duties & Responsibilities:Perform outbound calling to clients on approved cases and all future needs based selling outbound initiatives for TC LifeConvert approved cases to issued policies through consultative, needs-based selling and closing skillsDetermine client's need and financial situations through fact-finding and scheduling call-backs and/or email communicationParticipate in marketing campaign outbound calls as neededAchieve individual and team goals and quality objectivesWork within TC Life NB & UW to assist with the application process that requires a licensed representative interaction in order to better serve the clientEnsure adequate system documentation for each client transactionQualifications:Must have at least three years of experience working as a financial advisor or inside sales representative. (could be in a call center, bank, etc.)Bachelor's degree is nice to have; without a degree candidates must have 5+ years of experienceFINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses are preferredAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
