Why Drive for AGM Transport?
At AGM Transport, drivers arent just filling seats - theyre the reason freight moves. Weve built our operation around steady, contracted freight and the kind of on-site support most carriers cant match, so drivers can focus on driving, not chasing answers.
If youre looking for strong pay, modern equipment, and a company that backs you up at every mile, AGM Transport is worth a serious look.
CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Overview
- Pay built to add up. Earn up to $124,800 per year, with base pay of 65-70CPM with all miles paid - loaded and empty. Plus, earn performance, safety, and service bonuses worth up to 5CPM on all miles.
- More ways to earn. A per diem program is available, plus additional pay for detention, layover, extra stops, and clean DOT inspections* - so your check reflects the full value of your work.
- Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch, dry-van freight with a majority of drop & hook loads on contracted customer accounts - meaning consistent miles year-round across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.
- Home time you can count on. OTR drivers are home every 2 weeks, with Chicago-area drivers home every reset whenever possible and Dallas and Oklahoma City drivers home every other reset.
- Assigned trucks built for the road. Drive your own 2022-2026 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with APUs, inverters, a microwave, and refrigerator, backed by an on-site shop and 24/7 road service so youre never left waiting.
Benefits & Perks
- Coverage that backs you up. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, complimentary life insurance, and a 401(k) with a 4% match after 12 months.
- Paid to get started. Paid orientation with travel reimbursement so your first week works for you before you ever turn a wheel.
- Life on the road, made easier. On-site driver amenities including showers, a driver lounge, and laundry facilities, plus a rider policy and pet insurance so you can bring who matters most.
- Get rewarded for bringing your network. Earn a $2,000 referral bonus for every driver you bring on board.
- Support thats always on. 24/7 dispatch and operations support keeps you moving, with an on-site maintenance facility and fuel station ready when you need them.
All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
