Office Manager

Spine Physicians Institute

Company Description Spine Physicians Institute is a specialized spine care practice led by a Mayo Fellowship–trained, board-certified spine surgeon, Dr. Sethuraman, who stays at the forefront of minimally invasive spine surgery and disc replacement techniques. The practice offers a comprehensive range of services on-site, supported by advanced technology to provide high-quality, efficient care. Patients come from the local Dallas area, across multiple states, and internationally. The team is dedicated to making treatment as seamless as possible, including assistance with travel arrangements. The practice culture is centered on the principle that the patient’s interest is always the top priority. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in Dallas, TX. The Office Manager will oversee daily front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and timely coordination of appointments, procedures, and follow-ups. Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, managing office supplies and equipment, maintaining organized records, and ensuring compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations. The role will handle patient inquiries, support a positive patient experience, and collaborate with clinical and billing teams to resolve operational issues. The Office Manager will also assist with basic reporting, process improvements, and implementation of office procedures that support a high standard of patient care. Qualifications Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing workflows, managing records, and coordinating schedules. Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients, clinicians, staff, and external partners. Proficiency with Office Equipment and basic office technology, including printers, scanners, phone systems, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred, with familiarity with patient scheduling and basic insurance or billing processes. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or a degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
