Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in corporate America, working in technology and analytical roles within the airline industry. While I enjoyed the work, I always had a goal of owning my own business and building something of my own while helping people along the way. I earned my MBA from Vanderbilt University and have been fortunate to travel extensively around the world. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and riding motorcycles whenever I get the chance. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
