About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Business, who will be the chief academic and administrative officer, providing strategic leadership for all academic, operational, financial, advancement, and external engagement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building upon the school's strong reputation for academic excellence, student-centered learning, and ethical leadership, while also focusing on enrollment growth, faculty and staff leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Dean will be expected to refresh and execute a forward-looking strategic plan, and must be a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader with exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to the institution's mission and student-centered educational philosophy. The ideal candidate for the Dean position at the company's School of Business will hold an advanced degree in a business-related field, with a doctorate being desirable, and will have a proven track record of broad-based leadership and administrative experience within higher education. Familiarity with accreditation processes is also a key requirement. The role demands a results-driven individual who can effectively lead the school through its next phase of growth and impact, with a focus on ethical leadership and faith-informed education. The Dean will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the continued success and development of the school's programs, which are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.
