Salary: $28-$30, depending on experience

Since 1986 Ivy Computer has helped trash hauling and waste management businesses streamline routing, billing and general business management through our proprietary software solutions.

Were looking for an Implementation Specialist who can serve as a trusted advisor during the critical onboarding phase. Youll translate complex software into practical, realworld workflows and make sure every customer starts strong.

Youll spend your time:

• Guiding customers through setup and training via video conference and occasionally in person
• Learning the ins and outs of our products until youre a true expert
• Understanding how waste hauling businesses operate and how our software can help streamline their operations
• Adapting your style to each learners technical proficiency and comfort level
• Creating and improving training materials, lesson plans, and best practice guides
• Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with Technical Support to resolve them

Schedule

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Employees are expected to work in the office on Monday through Thursday. After the initial training period, Fridays are optional work-from-home days as the needs of the position permit.

Pay & Benefits

Pay starts at $28-30/hour, depending on experience.
