As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, managing day-to-day HR operations, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.Process day-to-day People & Culture administration tasks accurately and efficientlyCreate and maintain employee data records in our HR management systemManage employee files and assist with general HR-related filingPrepare and distribute various employee communicationsOrganize and execute employee social, athletic, and recreational activitiesCoordinate with hiring managers on recruitment for entry-level positionsConduct new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth integration processPerform recruitment and exit interviews for entry-level employeesManage resignation and clearance proceduresAssist in preparing and submitting periodic People & Culture reportsTrack and update annual performance appraisals and probation period evaluationsRespond to HR-related queries from colleagues across all departmentsMaintain positive relationships with external partnersSupport the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresContribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace cultureQualificationsDiploma in Human Resources Management or related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of HR best practices and basic employment lawsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive informationDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting employee needsExperience with HRIS systems is a plusAdditional Information What is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: AdministrativeExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Hospitality
