Job Description

Do you have strong attention to details? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment? Most importantly, are you reliable, punctual and able to maintain good attendance? Then this may be the assignment for you! Our Media client is looking for multiple candidates to help with a paper to digital conversion project.

A day in the life of a Scanning Project Clerk

Preparing documents for scanning (removing staples, fixing bent to torn corners, categorizing documents)
Loading paper onto hi-energy production scanner
Visually inspecting scanned images and performing corrections as needed

Requirements for the Scanning Project Clerk position

Must be punctual and reliable with good attendance
Works well in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand &/or sit for an 8 hour shift, comfortable with a non-sedentary position
Ability to stay organized and multi-task efficiently while working quickly
Ability to lift/carry a 25 pound box
Comfortable & proficient working with a computer, mouse & keyboard
