Job Description

• Provide strategic oversight of construction operations, ensuring successful execution of projects, alignment with business objectives, and delivery of quality results.
• Lead and mentor project management and field teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Establish and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all construction activities.
