Warren Haven Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a place to heal, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Oxford, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote independence, mobility, and functional ability for our residents
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, training, and education, to residents with diverse needs and diagnoses
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices to provide evidence-based care
