Ed Martin Buick GMC is seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our award-winning team. We are one of Indiana's top Buick GMC dealerships and are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, coachable, customer-focused, and committed to excellence.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed Detail-oriented and organized Customer-service focused Coachable and eager to learn Professional and dependable Strong communicator both in person and over the phone Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Committed to following proven processes and training
Automotive service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create an exceptional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Communicate recommendations, maintenance needs, and repair updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Manage repair orders and follow-up communications
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Follow dealership processes and best practices
- Help drive service department growth and profitability
