Role Description The Sales Development Associate is charged with generating and producing leads by prospecting and marketing initiatives.

You are a team player with problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You will be part of a diverse, collaborative sales team of hardworking individuals to generate new revenue and relationship building.

Initiate CXM lead-generating activities in accordance with established policies and procedures

Establish and develop relationships on behalf of AutoAlert with prospects

Document information and lead-generating activities and/or accounts within the company's CRM (Salesforce)

Achieve key performance metrics and goals

Work with your team to identify and share best practices for lead generation

Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but works with other team members inside and outside of the department.
