Our organization, a well-established private practice situated in central New Jersey, is eager to invite a general urologist to become part of our expanding team. This role offers the chance to collaborate with two seasoned urologists and one nurse practitioner in a supportive environment equipped with advanced technology. This position is ideal for both recent graduates and seasoned professionals who appreciate teamwork and are committed to providing outstanding patient care within a cohesive care team. While fellowship training is not mandatory, candidates with experience or interest in robotics, PCNL, GreenLight laser, and/or Aquablation will find this role particularly appealing.

Practice Highlights:

• Private practice environment with a bustling outpatient office.
• Support from a large, established physician organization comprising over 60 providers across various locations, including access to a Center for Advanced Therapy/Immunotherapy and two dedicated cancer centers.
• GreenLight Center of Excellence, with Rezum therapy available.
• Part-time nurse practitioner support for follow-ups, postoperative care, and urodynamics.
• Flexible patient volume, allowing physicians to see as many patients daily as they wish, with current volumes between 50 to 70 patients.
• Adaptable schedule featuring two full office days, two half days, and ample OR time as needed.
• Attractive compensation package that includes a base salary, RVU production bonus, a generous sign-on bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, and the potential for partnership.

Hospital Affiliation:

• Call coverage at a single regional acute-care teaching hospital, which has approximately licensed beds (no trauma designation).
• Call schedule is 1:3, manageable due to hospital-based extenders assisting with rounds and discharges.
• Available equipment includes Da Vinci robots, GreenLight laser, Aquablation, PCNL, and MRI fusion.
• The hospital is highly supportive of new technologies and is committed to investing in equipment purchases.
