Marimar Estate Vineyards & Winery is operated by the mother-daughter team of Marimar and Cristina Torres. Surrounded by vines and nestled in the rolling hills of western Sonoma County, the winery produces highly acclaimed Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays as well as Spanish varietals, Albariño and Tempranillo, from its very own Certified Sustainable vineyards.

Our Catalan-style winery is seeking a Sales & Logistics Coordinator who will bring energy, precision and a genuine love of organization to our sales and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating complex logistics across distributor, export and direct-to-consumer channels, keeping orders, inventory and marketing efforts organized and running smoothly. A dedication to accuracy, follow-through and clear communication are quintessential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

*Coordinate distributor order logistics, from carrier scheduling to sample shipping
*Handle order logistics for Northern California direct-to-business accounts
*Support marketing and sales efforts, including making graphics, trade, and press materials and coordinating VIP visits, our incentive trips, and club wine trips abroad
*Oversee direct-to-consumer shipping and fulfillment
*Help build email and text marketing campaigns and keep website up to date
*Maintain inventory and stock control across the winery and warehouses
*Manage export logistics, including containers, documentation and required certifications
*Pull data and prepare weekly and monthly sales, inventory and distribution reports, along with related sales analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

*Experience in logistics coordination, order management, or wine industry operations preferred
*Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple orders, shipments and reports at once
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable corresponding with distributors, carriers and accounts
*Good mathematical skills and reasoning ability for order and inventory management
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and inventory tracking
*Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through and accuracy
*Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage deadlines across weekly and monthly deliverables
*Familiarity with export documentation and shipping logistics a plus
*Comfortable with basic email and text marketing campaign tools
*Self-starter, good listener, clear communicator, positive team player, multi-tasker
*Good sense of humor and service heart

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive compensation structure and full benefits including health insurance, 401K, PTO, and more!
Salary range: $52,000-$56,000 (equivalent to $25-27/hr.)
