Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

Your Role As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor via shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary focus, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Responsibilities Efficiently process shipments, replenish stock, apply markdowns, and merchandise the floor. Maintain stockroom organization and ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are orderly. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop action plans, and execute improvements. Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest service when needed. Adhere to safety standards, Asset Protection, and all AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Love AE and Aerie products. Organized with strong attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time management. Flexible availability: early morning, late evening, weekends. Previous work in a stock‑related role.
