When you join Beyer Plumbing Co., you become part of a family that values growth, stability, and each individual.We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Selma.Why Work For Us:Fun and Engaging Environment: We work hard and enjoy time together as a team in a positive, collaborative setting.Strong Company Culture: Participate in events like our summer BBQ, Spurs outings, and Christmas party.Employee Investment: We support your growth with continuing education reimbursement and advancement opportunities.Performance Bonuses: Earn performance-based bonuses twice per year.Work Hours: 7 AM - 5 PM (with 1-hour lunch)Pay Range: Base Salary of $75k yearly + Department Performance BonusesBenefits We Offer:Medical (100% paid for employee)Dental and Vision insuranceCancer insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityCompany-paid life insurance ($25,000)3 weeks PTO (accrued day one, usable after 90 days)6 Paid Holidays401(k) with company contributionsCareer advancement opportunitiesPosition Summary: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at or above target profitability while providing an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractorsMonitor budgets, track costs, and protect project profitabilityHandle billing, purchase orders, and change ordersServe as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong communicationConduct job site visits and ensure quality, safety, and code complianceLead and support field teams to meet productivity and performance goalsMaintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and reportsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with insurable driving record2+ years of project management experience in construction or plumbingExperience managing projects from kickoff through closeoutProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsProficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar)Strong understanding of construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and contractsTexas Plumbing License or ability to obtain itStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of construction plumbing processes, codes, and techniquesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsCandidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
