Job Description

The Solar Installer will join dedicated installation teams primarily handling residential projects. This role involves on-site solar panel installation and maintenance, ensuring systems are safely and efficiently set up to meet client and company standards.

Responsibilities

Install solar panels and related equipment at residential sites
Conduct site assessments to prepare installation plans
Perform wiring and electrical connections following safety regulations
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment during and after installation
Ensure safety compliance throughout all installation activities
Test systems for performance and functionality
Document installation processes and results accurately
Coordinate effectively with team members in dedicated installation teams

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in solar installation
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Proficient in solar panel installation and blueprint reading
Strong commitment to safety compliance
Ability to collaborate well within a team
