Travel Pharmacy Technician-San Luis Obispo, CA

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Setting: Hospital / Acute Care

Assignment Length: 13 weeks, with option to extend

Shift: 10-hour shifts

Schedule: Night shift; 7 days on / 7 days off; approximately 7:00 PM-5:00 AM

Travel Pay

$2,247.72 - $2,497.46 weekly

Job Summary

Support daily pharmacy operations by assisting with medication preparation and distribution, inventory, documentation, and medication delivery while following pharmacy safety standards and facility procedures.

Job Qualifications

· Current California Pharmacy Technician registration/license as required.

· Recent pharmacy technician experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

· Knowledge of medication distribution, inventory, storage, labeling, and pharmacy safety procedures.

· Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and computer skills.

· Ability to work the listed shift and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with medication preparation, distribution, delivery, and pharmacy workflow.

· Maintain medication and inventory records and support restocking.

· Follow procedures for medication handling, storage, labeling, and documentation.

· Use pharmacy technology and electronic systems accurately.
