Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Charlotte, NC
We’re seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Charlotte team. This role offers a steady schedule, strong clinical support, and the flexibility to build a workload that fits your goals.

Position Overview

• Hourly pay: $50–$58/hour , based on experience 
• Additional daily bonus potential 
• Daytime-only schedule 
• Full-time, part-time, and multi-location opportunities available 
• Supportive team environment with established patient flow 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care, including cleanings and periodontal maintenance 
• Assess oral health and review medical/dental histories 
• Take and evaluate digital radiographs 
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants 
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations 
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation 
• Work collaboratively with dentists and team members 
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active NC or SC Dental Hygiene license 
• Degree in Dental Hygiene (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) 
• Strong communication and patient education skills 
• Dependable and team-oriented

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• 8-hour shifts 
• Optional Saturdays
