Position Details: Full-Time: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (No weekends!) Your daily tasks will include: Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional demeanor. Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, text, and email. Manage and track specialist referrals. Process patient payments and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively and collaborate with the team. Use scheduling software and office systems efficiently. Learn new processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
