Job Description:
The NICU RN is responsible for providing intensive nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in a busy 32-bed unit. The role requires experience with ventilator care and care for infants ranging from 23 to 40+ weeks gestation.
Responsibilities:
- Care for neonates with varying conditions as per unit protocols.
- Perform intubations and assist with eye exams.
- Insert feeding tubes and IVs as needed.
Requirements:
- Ventilator experience.
- Experience with 23-40+ week gestation infants.
- CPR and NRP certifications.
