- 6-8-hour shifts
- Required 1 weekend shift
- Minimum 4 shifts per week
- Customize massage services for each guest.
- Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy.
- Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
- Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
- Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements
- Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
- Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists.
- Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior.
- Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management
- Lead the massage team toward the achievement of retreat goals
- Current state license to perform massage therapy
- Must have liability insurance
- Pass background checks
- Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute/80 minute/110-minute massage services
- Excellent at guest communication
- Capable of training and mentoring individuals
