Warehouse Lead Weekend Night

Overview At CJ Logistics, we need a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities Supervise & coordinate tasks for Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff. Provide hands‑on coaching and on‑the‑job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices. Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements. Assist in scheduling and planning, working closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation. Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, promoting teamwork, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Support warehouse operations, stepping in to lead shifts as needed to maintain smooth day‑to‑day functionality. Qualifications 3+ years of related work experience. Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices. Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team. Hands‑on problem solver with a process improvement mindset. Schedule & Compensation Pay Range: $21.56 per hour + $1.50 shift premium.
