Senior Assistant Manager – Chuck E. Cheese Join CEC Entertainment as a Senior Assistant Manager and help create incredible experiences for guests and a supportive environment for the team. Compensation $19.16 – $21.29 hourly. Commission potential: For Exempt employees, $0.50 – $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 – $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi‑weekly. For Non‑Exempt employees, $2.00 – $8.00 per Membership sold and $0.60 – $2.40 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi‑weekly. Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support while upholding product quality, cleanliness, and company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating company and guest expectations to the entire team. Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high‑quality guest service and safety. Exercise sound business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory management, and labor management. Essential Job Functions & Work Environment Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shifts and perform standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting. The work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to humid, hot, or cold conditions. Qualifications At least 21 years of age. High‑school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of prior management experience in food service or a proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.
